Instruction: Write a reply to the following message appropriate to the situation
E-mail: You receive an email from a fellow nurse asking you to properly fill in the fluid chart during your evening shift and to pay extra attention to possible swallowing problems in a patient; you must reply by email confirming what you will do and what you still need.

Hallo,
Vanavond heb jij avonddienst op kamer 12 bij patiënt De Boer. Hij heeft mogelijk dysfagie en een risico op aspiratie, vooral bij dunne dranken.
Wil jij:
- de vochtlijst goed invullen (alle vochtinname en urineproductie noteren);
- extra observeren hoe hij kauwt en slikt;
- in het dossier rapporteren als hij hoest bij drinken?
Let op: dunne dranken zijn nu niet toegestaan, alleen met verdikkingsmiddel.

Tonight you have the evening shift in room 12 with patient De Boer. He may have dysphagia and is at risk of aspiration, especially with thin fluids.
Could you:
- properly fill in the fluid chart (record all fluid intake and urine output);
- pay extra attention to how he chews and swallows;
- report in the file if he coughs while drinking?
Note: thin fluids are not allowed at the moment, only fluids with thickener.

Ik geef hem geen dunne dranken zonder verdikkingsmiddel. Als ik toch problemen zie met slikken of tekenen van dehydratie, meld ik dat direct aan de arts.
