All families will receive a written invitation with the day’s schedule. It explains when the activities start and how long they run. The management asks relatives to let them know in good time whether they will attend. That way the team can organise the catering more effectively and reserve enough seats in the cafeteria. The aim of the event is to create a friendly, family atmosphere and a relaxed opportunity to talk with the care staff.
