Exercise 1: Rédiger de la correspondance
Instruction: Write a reply to the following message appropriate to the situation
E-Mail: You will receive an email from the ward nursing manager. You should reply and explain how you plan to organise and document collaboration with a voluntary caregiver and the relatives at home.
Betreff: Unterstützung bei informeller Pflege – Familie Kaya
Hallo Frau/Herr [Name],
morgen wird Herr Kaya aus unserer Station entlassen. Zu Hause übernehmen seine Tochter und ein Freiwilliger vom Nachbarschaftsverein einen Teil der Betreuung. Es gibt also einen erhöhten Betreuungsbedarf, besonders bei Mobilität und Medikamentengabe.
Bitte planen Sie kurz, wie Sie die Angehörigen anleiten wollen (z.B. Selbstversorgung, Beobachtung der Vitalzeichen) und wie Sie die Pflegedokumentation zu Hause sichern (z.B. einfaches Übergabeprotokoll für die Freiwilligen).
