Hallo Mara,

danke für die Nachricht. Bei Herrn Yilmaz müssen wir wegen seines Diabetes darauf achten, dass er wenig Zucker und keine zuckerhaltigen Getränke bekommt. Statt Apfelschorle sollte er Wasser oder ungesüßten Tee bekommen.

Beim Dessert würde ich den Vanillepudding vermeiden. Als Alternative: Naturjoghurt ohne Zucker oder frisches Obst in kleiner Portion (Portionsgröße reduzieren).

Könntest du bitte noch prüfen, ob in der Akte eine Sonderkost oder eine Unverträglichkeit (z. B. Laktose) notiert ist? Und misst ihr heute Nachmittag den Blutzucker vor dem Abendessen?

Hello Mara,

thanks for the message. For Mr. Yilmaz, because of his diabetes we need to make sure he consumes little sugar and no sugary drinks. Instead of apple spritzer he should have water or unsweetened tea.

I would avoid the vanilla pudding for dessert. As alternatives: plain yogurt without added sugar or a small portion of fresh fruit (reduce the serving size).

Could you also check whether a special diet or any intolerance (e.g. lactose) is recorded in his file? And will you measure his blood sugar this afternoon before dinner?
