kurze Info für deine Frühschicht morgen: Frau Keller hat heute wieder Schluckprobleme gehabt und sich einmal leicht verschluckt. Deshalb bekommt sie nur noch pürierte Kost und angedickte Getränke.
Bitte morgen die Trinkmenge und die Ein- und Ausgabe-Liste (I/O) genau ausfüllen. Sie trinkt im Moment nicht ausreichend, wir müssen auf Dehydratation achten. Arzt und Pflegeleitung sind informiert.
Kannst du mir morgen kurz per Mail zurückschreiben, wie viel sie getrunken und gegessen hat und ob der Schlucktest vom Logopäden schon gemacht wurde?

Please complete the fluid intake and the input/output chart (I/O) carefully tomorrow. At the moment she is not drinking enough, so we must watch for dehydration. The doctor and nursing management have been informed.
Could you briefly reply by email tomorrow to let me know how much she drank and ate and whether the swallowing assessment by the speech therapist has already been carried out?

Heute Morgen habe ich darauf geachtet, dass sie nur pürierte Kost und angedickte Getränke bekommt. Sie hat zum Frühstück ungefähr 200 ml Tee und 100 ml Wasser getrunken, zum Mittagessen noch einmal 150 ml Saft. Insgesamt waren es heute ca. 450 ml.
Sie hat etwa die Hälfte der pürierten Hauptmahlzeiten gegessen. In der Ein- und Ausgabe-Liste habe ich alles dokumentiert.
Der Schlucktest vom Logopäden wurde heute noch nicht gemacht. Die Pflegekraft sagt, der Termin ist für morgen geplant.

This morning I ensured she received only pureed meals and thickened drinks. For breakfast she drank about 200 ml of tea and 100 ml of water, and at lunch another 150 ml of juice. In total she had approximately 450 ml today.
She ate about half of the pureed main meals. I documented everything in the input/output chart.
The swallowing assessment by the speech therapist has not been done yet today. The nursing staff said the appointment is scheduled for tomorrow.
