- Een volwassen zwangere vrouw komt dringend naar de tandartspraktijk vanwege hevige pijn. (An adult pregnant woman comes to the dental clinic urgently due to intense pain.)
- Welk geneesmiddel zou u voorschrijven om de klachten te verlichten? (What medication would you prescribe to relieve the symptoms?)
- Als ze allergisch is voor penicilline, wat zou uw alternatief zijn? (If she is allergic to penicillin, what would be your alternative?)
- Leg uit hoe u het recept voor beide voorbeelden zou voorschrijven. (Explain how you would write the prescription for both examples.)

Writing exercise 
Instruction: Write 4 to 5 sentences: explain to a patient how he or she should take the tablets, what the maximum dosage per day is, and when the patient should contact you (in case of allergy or side effects).
