Dank u voor uw e-mail. Een beetje gevoeligheid en licht bloedend tandvlees na een diepe reiniging komt vaak voor, vooral in de eerste dagen. Deze behandeling is anders dan een gewone schoonmaak omdat we ook onder het tandvlees reinigen.
Thuis adviseer ik u om twee keer per dag zacht te poetsen met een zachte tandenborstel. U mag interdentaal reinigen: als interdentale ragers goed passen, zijn die meestal meer geschikt dan floss. Gebruik de mondspoeling met chloorhexidine twee keer per dag gedurende 7 dagen, tenzij we anders afspreken. Neem contact op als de pijn of zwelling erger wordt of als u koorts krijgt.

Thank you for your email. Some sensitivity and lightly bleeding gums after a deep cleaning is common, especially in the first days. This treatment is different from a regular cleaning because we also clean below the gumline.
At home I advise you to brush gently twice a day with a soft toothbrush. You may clean interdentally: if interdental brushes fit well, they are usually more suitable than floss. Use the chlorhexidine mouthwash twice a day for 7 days, unless we agree otherwise. Contact us if the pain or swelling gets worse or if you develop a fever.
