De praktijkhouder legt uit dat er een groot en gevarieerd is, met veel volwassenen en ook kinderen. Hij vertelt dat de praktijk veel aandacht heeft voor in het team. Daarna vraagt hij of Dr. Ahmed flexibel kan werken, omdat het soms verandert. Dr. Ahmed stelt zelf ook vragen. He inquires about the working conditions, opportunities for professional development, and whether there are clear expectations about treatments and the time allocated per patient. At the end of the interview he says that he would like to work at this practice and that he can adapt quickly to new challenges.
