They have received the plaster model, but the shade selection is missing. They also see open contact points at the dark stump. They ask whether you can check this today.
For the form to be completed, they want additional information: which material and which finish do you want? Would you also like polishing? If you agree, they will then make a wax-up and schedule the fitting of the bridge coping.
