Oefening: Conversation exercise
Instructie:
- Simuleer het welkom in de wachtruimte. Stel jezelf voor, stel de patiënt gerust met een korte zin en begeleid hen naar de behandelkamer. (Simulate the welcome in the waiting room. Introduce yourself, reassure the patient with a short sentence, and lead them to the treatment room.)
- Beschrijf uw klinisch protocol voor het afhandelen van een eerste afspraak. (Describe your clinical protocol for managing a first visit.)
- Begeleid de patiënt naar de receptie voor de uitleg van het behandelplan/de kostenraming en de bevestiging van de volgende afspraak. (Accompany the patient to reception for the explanation of the treatment plan/estimate and the confirmation of the next appointment.)
