In deze tandartspraktijk werken de assistentes elke dag volgens de hygiëneregels. Er is een aparte ruimte voor sterilisatie en elke patiënt krijgt een nieuwe set met schoon instrumentarium. Tijdens de behandeling probeert het team u zich comfortabel te laten voelen. De praktijk heeft digitale röntgentechnieken voor foto’s van tanden en ook voor de schedel. Aan het einde kunt u bij de receptie een nieuwe afspraak maken.

We zorgen ervoor dat alles zo schoon mogelijk is volgens de hygiëneregels. (We make sure that everything is as clean as possible according to the hygiene rules.)
Onze assistentes zorgen elke dag voor schone instrumenten. (Our assistants make sure there are clean instruments every day.)
We hebben een speciale sterilisatieruimte waar we alles goed scheiden. (We have a special sterilization room where we separate everything properly.)
We gebruiken altijd een nieuwe, schone instrumentenset voor elke patiënt, zodat we veilig kunnen werken. (We always use a new, clean set of instruments for each patient, so that we can work safely.)

Onze assistentes hebben een digitaal oproepsysteem om in verbinding te blijven met de behandelkamers. (Our assistants have a digital call system to stay connected with the treatment rooms.)

1. De tandarts: Hallo, welkom in de kliniek. Is dit uw eerste bezoek? (Hello, welcome to the clinic. Is this your first visit?)
2. De patiënt: Ja, dokter. Ik ben een beetje gestrest, want ik houd niet zo van de tandarts. (Yes, doctor. I'm a bit stressed, because I don't really like the dentist.)
3. De tandarts: Heeft u de medische vragenlijst ingevuld? (Have you filled out the medical questionnaire?)
4. De patiënt: Ja, die heb ik net in de wachtkamer ingevuld. (Yes, I just filled it out in the waiting room.)
5. De tandarts: Heel goed. We gaan uw mond onderzoeken met een mondspiegel, een verkenningssonde en een pincet. (Very good. We are going to examine your mouth with a dental mirror, an explorer probe, and a pair of tweezers.)
