De patiënt gebruikt antistolling. De laatste INR-waarde is 1,6 (gemeten vorige week bij de trombosedienst), dus mogelijk subtherapeutisch. Kunt u mij adviseren welke voorzorgsmaatregelen u in dit geval aanbeveelt (aanpassing antistolling, lokale hemostase, extra controles)? Ik plan graag een opvolgafspraak 2 dagen na de extracties.

The patient uses anticoagulation. The latest INR value is 1.6 (measured last week by the thrombosis service), so possibly subtherapeutic. Could you advise me which precautionary measures you recommend in this case (adjustment of anticoagulation, local hemostasis, extra checks)? I would like to schedule a follow-up appointment 2 days after the extractions.
