Op het intranet van Tandartspraktijk Noord staat een korte herinnering. Als je een recept uitschrijft, controleer altijd en vraag of de patiënt is. Zet de duidelijk op het recept: hoeveel per keer en wat is de maximale dosering per dag. Schrijf ook de wijze van toediening, bijvoorbeeld tablet of .
Bij pijn kun je paracetamol gebruiken. Bij een infectie kan amoxicilline nodig zijn. Noteer kort als waarschuwing. Zet je volledige onderaan; een paraaf is niet genoeg. If you write out a prescription, always check allergies and ask whether the patient is pregnant. Put the dosage clearly on the prescription: how much per dose and what the maximum dosage per day is. Also write the method of administration, for example tablet or capsule.
For pain you can use paracetamol. For an infection, amoxicillin may be necessary. Briefly note side effects as a warning. Put your full signature at the bottom; initials are not enough. Only one medication may be listed per prescription form.
