Instruction:

- Décrivez la NOTE DE LABORATOIRE que vous enverriez pour demander l'ESSAI EN PLASTIQUE (PMMA). (Describe the LABORATORY NOTE you would send to request the PLASTIC TRY-IN (PMMA).)
- Si l'essai en plastique présente des points de contact ouverts, que feriez-vous ? Comment écririez-vous la note au laboratoire pour corriger l'erreur ? (If the plastic try-in had open contact points, what would you do? How would you write the note to the laboratory to correct the error?)
