Exercice: Conversation exercise
Instruction:
- Simuler l'accueil dans la salle d'attente. Présentez-vous, rassurez le patient avec une courte phrase, puis conduisez-le dans la salle de traitement. (Simulate the welcome in the waiting room. Introduce yourself, reassure the patient with a short sentence, and lead them to the treatment room.)
- Décrivez votre protocole clinique pour la gestion d'une première visite. (Describe your clinical protocol for managing a first visit.)
- Accompagnez le patient à l'accueil pour l'explication du plan de traitement/de l'estimation et la confirmation du prochain rendez-vous. (Accompany the patient to reception for the explanation of the treatment plan/estimate and the confirmation of the next appointment.)
