Each practice must have up-to-date professional liability insurance. The practitioner must follow Continuing Professional Development and keep their certificates, for example the AFGSU and radiological protection training. In the event of an inspection, these documents may be requested.

Oui, demandez la Carte Vitale de Mme Benali et soit la carte de mutuelle, soit une attestation récente. Avec ces documents nous pouvons vérifier le droit au tiers payant.
Pour la facturation, oui : encodez l'acte dans la CCAM comme d'habitude et envoyez la télétransmission. Si le tiers payant est accordé, la patiente n'avance rien ou paie seulement le ticket modérateur, et le cabinet est réglé par l'Assurance Maladie et/ou la mutuelle.

Hello Sophie,
Yes, ask for Mrs Benali’s Carte Vitale and either the supplementary insurance card or a recent certificate. With these documents we can check entitlement to third-party payment.
For billing, yes: enter the procedure in the CCAM as usual and send the electronic transmission. If third-party payment is granted, the patient pays nothing upfront or only pays the co-payment, and the practice is paid by the Health Insurance and/or the supplementary insurance.
