Merci pour votre message.
Sur la radiographie panoramique, on voit que vous n’avez plus de molaires en haut à droite et en haut à gauche. En bas à droite, une dent est très abîmée, proche du nerf alvéolaire inférieur. L’os est un peu résorbé, mais les sinus maxillaires sont corrects.

Je vous conseille d’enlever la dent abîmée et de traiter l’os si nécessaire. Ensuite, nous pouvons discuter d’une prothèse amovible ou d’implants pour remplacer les molaires manquantes. Nous en parlerons ensemble au prochain rendez‑vous.

Thank you for your message.
On the panoramic X-ray, we can see that you are missing molars on both the upper right and upper left. On the lower right, one tooth is severely damaged and lies close to the inferior alveolar nerve. The bone shows some resorption, but the maxillary sinuses appear normal.

I recommend extracting the damaged tooth and treating the bone if necessary. After healing, we can discuss either a removable prosthesis or dental implants to replace the missing molars. We will review the options together at your next appointment.
