Small apartment for rent in a quiet neighborhood of Lyon. The flat is on the 3rd floor of a small building. It has one bedroom, a living room, a small kitchen and a bathroom. The neighborhood is close to the metro and to shops.

The landlord is looking for a reliable tenant. Rent is €750 per month. Water is included; electricity is not. To rent the apartment, you must sign a contract and send an email to the agency: contact@agencelyon.fr.
