C'est important de connaître les règles pour louer un logement.	(It's important to know the rules for renting a place.)
Quand on loue, il y a un contrat qui explique les droits et les obligations de chaque personne.	(When you rent, there is a contract that explains each person's rights and obligations.)
Ce contrat doit être signé.	(This contract must be signed.)
Il est aussi important de faire un état des lieux pour vérifier l'appartement avant d'entrer.	(It's also important to do an inventory of fixtures to check the apartment before moving in.)
Pendant la location, il faut bien communiquer avec le propriétaire pour payer le loyer ou faire des réparations.	(During the tenancy, you should communicate clearly with the landlord to pay the rent or arrange repairs.)
Quand on veut partir, il faut donner un préavis et faire un dernier état des lieux.	(When you want to leave, you must give notice and do a final inventory of fixtures.)
Cela permet de régler les derniers paiements et de partir en bonne relation.	(This lets you settle final payments and leave on good terms.)
Il existe aussi des solutions pour sécuriser la location et faciliter la résolution des difficultés.	(There are also measures to secure the tenancy and make resolving problems easier.)
