In Germany, every address has a postcode with five digits. The postcode indicates the city or region. The video shows how to fill out a parcel label to send a parcel.

In die erste Zeile kommt der Vorname und dann der Nachname. (The first line contains the first name followed by the last name.)
Es kann aber auch der Firmenname eingetragen werden. (You can also enter the company name there.)
Bei mir ist jetzt zum Beispiel Max Mustermann; es könnte aber auch die Mustermann GmbH sein. (For example, I have Max Mustermann; it could also be Mustermann GmbH.)
In die zweite Zeile kann man einen Adresszusatz eintragen. (You can put an additional address detail on the second line.)
In meinem Fall vielleicht »erstes Obergeschoss«, es kann aber auch zum Beispiel »Hinterhof« stehen. (In my case it might be "top floor", but it could also say "backyard", for example.)
Diese Zeile bleibt jedoch meistens frei. (However, this line is usually left empty.)
In die dritte Zeile kommen die Straße und deine Hausnummer. (The third line contains the street name and your house number.)
Bei mir ist das die Musterstraße eins. (For me that is Musterstraße 1.)
In die vierte Zeile kommen die Postleitzahl und der Ort. (The fourth line contains the postal code and the town.)
Bei mir ist das fünfmal die neun und der Ort heißt Musterhausen. (For me the postal code is 99999 and the town is called Musterhausen.)
Ganz wichtig: Du solltest alles in Druckbuchstaben schreiben, damit man es gut lesen kann. (Very important: You should write everything in block letters so it is easy to read.)
Wenn dein Paket beim Empfänger nicht abgegeben werden kann, weil die Adresse falsch ist, wird das Paket zu dir zurückgeschickt. (If your parcel cannot be delivered to the recipient because the address is incorrect, the parcel will be returned to you.)
Beim Empfänger steht dann die Adresse, wohin dein Paket geschickt werden soll. (For the recipient, the address shows where your parcel should be sent.)
