Notice for travelers at the main station: The information desk is open daily from 8:00 to 20:00. You can find it at the exit toward the city centre, to the right of the square in front of the station. Here you can get a city map and information about buses and the U-Bahn.

To reach platform 3, go straight ahead to the first junction and then turn left. The nearest bus stop is by the north exit. The lost and found is further away from platform 3: go back to the main entrance and then continue toward the row of shops.

Useful phrases:

Hi Anna, ja, das Bürgerbüro ist im Stadtzentrum. Vom Bahnhof gehst du geradeaus bis zur Kreuzung. Dann gehst du rechts und weiter bis zum Marktplatz. Die Haltestelle „Marktplatz“ ist auf der linken Seite vom Platz. Es ist nicht weit vom Bahnhof. Wenn du willst, komme ich kurz und hole dich ab.
