Die Zeitumstellung

In Deutschland wird die Zeit zweimal im Jahr umgestellt. Viele Leute finden das schwierig und haben Probleme damit.Ein Psychologe und Schlafforscher erklärt wieso er denkt, dass die Zeitumstellung für den Menschen schlecht ist:
In Germany, the time is changed twice a year. Many people find this difficult and have problems with it. A psychologist and sleep researcher explains why he thinks that changing the time is bad for people.

Die Uhrzeitumstellung sorgt dafür, dass wir uns anpassen müssen. (Changing the clock time ensures that we have to adapt.)
Das kann hart werden für diejenigen, die intuitiv früh aufstehen. (That can be tough for those who intuitively get up early.)
Wenn jemand bisher um fünf Uhr aufwacht, kann er eigentlich schon ein bisschen mit dem Leben beginnen. (If someone has been waking up at five o'clock until now, they can actually already start living a little.)
Aber ab Montag wacht er um vier Uhr auf. (But from Monday on, they will wake up at four o'clock.)
Dann ist morgens noch kaum etwas offen; da kann man nichts machen. (Then hardly anything is open in the morning yet; you can't do anything then.)
