Bringen Sie dann bitte Ihren Ausweis mit. Bei Interesse Sie später den im Büro.StadtWohnen Cologne – Offer: 1-room apartment in Cologne-Ehrenfeld. The apartment is newly renovated and is located near the suburban train (S-Bahn). Rent including utilities: €690 per month. Electricity is not included. The building has an elevator. Move-in immediately.
Contact: Please write an email to vermietung@stadtwohnen.de. Briefly state your profession and when you would like to view the apartment. If an appointment works, you will receive a confirmation. Then please bring your ID with you. If you are interested, you will later sign the lease contract at the office.
