In the morning it opens at 7 and closes at noon. In the afternoon it opens at 14 and closes at 19. In the evening and at night the gym is closed.
Many colleagues go to the gym during the week, before or after work. I go on Monday and Wednesday afternoon. On Friday morning I don’t work: I sleep until 9 and then I do yoga at the gym. On Saturday and Sunday the gym is closed, but on the weekend I go for a walk in the park with friends.
