Affittasi luminoso al piano, vicino al centro. All'ingresso un piccolo . A destra si trova la moderna, con una grande ; a sinistra c'è il , comodo per vivere e lavorare da casa.
Nella zona notte due camere da letto e un con doccia. C'è anche un balcone con vista sul giardino interno; al piano terra si trova un privato. L'appartamento è ideale per una persona sola o per due colleghi che vogliono in una casa tranquilla.Bright apartment for rent on the second floor, near the city center. At the entrance there is a small hallway. On the right there is the modern kitchen, with a large window; on the left there is the living room, comfortable for living and working from home.
In the sleeping area there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. There is also a balcony overlooking the inner garden; on the ground floor there is a private garage. The apartment is ideal for a single person or for two colleagues who want to live together in a quiet home.

Agente immobiliare: Show Allora, questa è la casa: qui c'è il salotto e lì, dietro, la cucina.
(So, this is the house: here is the living room and back there, behind it, the kitchen.)
