Il Signor Rossi e l'agente immobiliare visitano un appartamento, discutendo delle stanze, delle bollette e del contratto.

Mr Rossi and the estate agent visit a flat, discussing the rooms, the bills, and the contract.
1. Agente immobiliare: Buongiorno, signor Rossi! Piacere di conoscerla! (Good morning, Mr. Rossi! Nice to meet you!)
2. Signor Rossi: Piacere mio! Grazie per aver organizzato la visita così rapidamente. (The pleasure is mine! Thank you for organizing the visit so rapidly.)
3. Agente immobiliare: Figuriamoci! Questo è l’appartamento. L’ingresso dà sul soggiorno, e accanto c’è la cucina. (Don't mention it! This is the flat. The entrance leads to the living room and next to it there is the kitchen.)
4. Signor Rossi: Perfetto. Possiamo vedere le camere? (Perfect. Can we see the bedrooms?)
5. Agente immobiliare: Ecco, qui c'è la camera matrimoniale e vicino c’è la camera per gli ospiti. (Here, there is the master bedroom and next to it is the guest room.)
6. Signor Rossi: Va bene. Le bollette sono comprese nell'affitto? (Alright. Are bills included in the rent?)
7. Agente immobiliare: Le bollette si pagano a parte. Sono circa 100 euro al mese e includono acqua, luce e internet. (The bills are paid separately. They are about 150 euros per month and include water, electricity, and internet.)
8. Signor Rossi: Qual è il tipo di contratto? (I understand. What type of contract is it?)
9. Agente immobiliare: Il contratto è un 4+4, con una cauzione di due mesi. L’appartamento è disponibile da subito. (The contract is a 4+4, with a two-month deposit. The apartment is available immediately.)
10. Signor Rossi: Bene. Posso pensarci un paio di giorni? (Good. Can I think about it for a couple of days?)
11. Agente immobiliare: Certamente. Le dico che ci sono già due persone interessate, quindi mi avvisi appena decide. (Certainly. I must tell you there are already two people interested, so let me know as soon as you decide.)
12. Signor Rossi: Va bene, le faccio sapere presto. Grazie per la disponibilità. (Alright, I will let you know soon. Thank you for your availability.)
