1. Agente immobiliare: Buongiorno, sono Marco dell'agenzia immobiliare. Prego, entri pure. (Good morning, I'm Marco from the real estate agency. Please, come in.)
2. Laura: Grazie! Dall'ingresso sembra già molto spazioso. (Thanks! From the entrance it already looks very spacious.)
3. Agente immobiliare: Sì. Qui a destra c'è subito il salotto con la cucina. (Yes. Right here on the right is the living room with the kitchen.)
4. Laura: Mi piace molto. E quel corridoio, dove porta esattamente? (I really like it. And that hallway, where does it lead exactly?)
