Exercise 1: Match a word

Vorrei affittare una stanza in un appartamento condiviso. (I would like to rent a room in a shared apartment.)

Affittasi bilocale in un moderno in via Verdi, vicino al centro e alla metropolitana. L’appartamento è al terzo piano, con soggiorno, cucina e una camera da letto. Il è tranquillo e ci sono negozi e un supermercato a pochi minuti a piedi.

Il cerca un single o una coppia. L’ è 750 euro al mese, più le di luce, gas e acqua. La è di due mensilità. L’appartamento è disponibile da subito. Gli interessati possono se mandare una mail o telefonare all’agenzia immobiliare Rossi per fissare una visita.
Two-room apartment for rent in a modern building on Via Verdi, near the city center and the метро. The apartment is on the third floor, with a living room, kitchen, and a bedroom. The neighborhood is quiet and there are shops and a supermarket a few minutes’ walk away.

The owner is looking for a single tenant or a couple. The rent is 750 euros per month, plus the utility bills for electricity, gas, and water. The deposit is two months’ rent. The apartment is available immediately. Interested people can send an email or call the Rossi real estate agency to arrange a viewing.
