Today many people have the flu. If you have a high fever or a headache, stay at home and rest. Take your temperature two or three times a day and drink plenty of water. If your fever is above 38 degrees, you can take a mild medicine.
If the symptoms last more than three days, call our medical office. Describe your symptoms well: sore throat, cough, cold, muscle aches, or great tiredness. In this way the doctor can help you better and decide whether a check-up at the clinic is necessary. We wish you a speedy recovery.
