In March and April the company changes the schedule. In winter we leave the office at 17:00 because it is cold and there is less daylight. In spring and autumn we leave at 18:00. In summer many people take vacations in July or August. In those months we only work until 15:00.
If you prefer to take vacations in January, February, September, October, November or December, write an email to the boss. In your message, explain which month you prefer and why. For example: “I prefer to go on vacation in September because the weather is nice and there are fewer people on the beach.”
