En la casa hay un corto y una escalera que sube a la azotea. No hay garaje. El piso está en un edificio antiguo, pero está limpio y en buen estado. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a small but practical kitchen. The kitchen is clean and there is a table for eating. The living room is spacious and has a balcony overlooking an inner garden.
The flat has a short hallway and a staircase that leads up to the rooftop. There is no garage. The apartment is in an older building, but it is clean and in good condition. It is ideal for sharing with one other person: there is one bedroom for each. Nearby there are shops, a supermarket and a metro stop.
