También en España, la hora se cambia dos veces al año. El objetivo es ajustar las horas de luz solar a la jornada laboral para ahorrar energía.
In Spain too, the clocks change twice a year. The aim is to adjust the hours of sunlight to the working day in order to save energy.

Con el final del mes de octubre llega el cambio de hora. (With the end of October comes the time change.)
España, al igual que otros países europeos, hace dos cambios de horario al año: el de invierno y el de verano. (Spain, like other European countries, has two clock changes a year: winter and summer.)
Cuando termina la época estival llega el momento de retrasar las agujas del reloj una hora. (When the summer period ends, it's time to turn the hands of the clock back one hour.)
¿Cuándo será el cambio de hora en octubre? (When will the time change take place in October?)
El horario de invierno comenzará el último domingo de este mes. (Winter time begins on the last Sunday of this month.)
Esto quiere decir que, en la madrugada del sábado veintiocho al domingo veintinueve, cuando el reloj marque las tres, se tendrá que retrasar a las dos. (That means that, in the early hours from Saturday the twenty-eighth to Sunday the twenty-ninth, when the clock shows three it must be turned back to two.)
Esto implica que el día durará veinticinco horas. (This implies the day will last twenty-five hours.)
