W ofertach jest dużo nowych mieszkań na sprzedaż w różnych miastach. W ogłoszeniu znajdziesz cenę, cenę za m², metraż i liczbę pokoi. Na przykład są mieszkania 2-pokojowe około 38 m² w Krakowie oraz 3-pokojowe około 61 m² w Warszawie (Białołęka). Są też większe: 4 pokoje około 77,5 m² w Warszawie (Mokotów) lub 5 pokoi około 91 m² w Krakowie. Często mieszkanie znajduje się w bloku i ma balkon, loggię, ogródek lub taras. W niektórych ofertach w cenie jest miejsce parkingowe. Wiele ogłoszeń dotyczy mieszkań w budowie, ale są też gotowe do odbioru i dostępne od ręki. Wybierając nieruchomość, warto sprawdzić dobrą komunikację i dobra lokalizację.
