Wewnętrzna wiadomość w firmie: jutro wyjazd służbowy na dwa dni. Prosimy spakować podstawowe rzeczy do . W hotelu są ręczniki, ale nie zawsze jest dobry . Jeśli masz wrażliwą skórę, weź własne lub pod prysznic oraz . Przed spotkaniami warto odświeżyć się: użyj i umyj zęby. W razie potrzeby kupisz też papier toaletowy i pastę do zębów w sklepie obok recepcji.

Klient: Show Dzień dobry, jadę na trzy dni i chcę kupić kilka rzeczy do higieny: żel pod prysznic, szampon i pastę do zębów.

(Good morning, I’m going away for three days and I want to buy a few hygiene items: shower gel, shampoo, and toothpaste.)

Sprzedawczyni: Show Dzień dobry, oczywiście. Jaki ma pan rodzaj włosów — raczej suche czy normalne? Mogę też dobrać odżywkę.

(Good morning, of course. What kind of hair do you have — rather dry or normal? I can also choose a conditioner.)

Klient: Show Raczej suche. Chcę dbać o higienę, a poza tym o pielęgnację, bo po basenie włosy są osłabione.

(Rather dry. I want to take care of hygiene, and besides that, of care, because after the pool my hair is weakened.)

Sprzedawczyni: Show Proszę ten szampon nawilżający i tę odżywkę. Odżywkę stosuje pan po myciu, zostawia na dwie minuty i potem spłukuje.
