Dział HR wysłał krótką ankietę o pracy zdalnej. Proszą, aby każdy napisał swoją : ile dni w tygodniu pracować z domu i jak ustalać godziny dostępności. Firma chce też wiedzieć, czy spotkania online powinny być obowiązkowe dla wszystkich.
W mailu jest prośba o konkretne argumenty. Można też dodać propozycję kompromisu, np. dwa dni zdalnie i jeden wspólny dzień w biurze. HR prosi, żeby w odpowiedzi użyć kilku zwrotów, np. i się z tobą.The HR department sent a short survey about remote work. They are asking everyone to write their opinion: how many days a week to work from home and how to set availability hours. The company also wants to know whether online meetings should be mandatory for everyone.
In the email there is a request for specific arguments. You can also add a proposal for a compromise, e.g. two days remote and one shared day in the office. HR asks that you use a few expressions in your reply, e.g. “In my opinion” and “I disagree with you”.

On Friday we’re saying goodbye to Tomek from the team. We want to buy a joint gift and collect contributions. We have two options: an Empik gift card or a restaurant voucher. Budget: about 50 PLN per person.

Moim zdaniem lepsza będzie karta podarunkowa do Empiku. Wydaje mi się, że Tomek sam wybierze, co chce kupić, i to będzie dla niego wygodne. Voucher do restauracji też jest fajny, ale nie każdy ma czas lub lubi chodzić do restauracji.
Jeśli chodzi o składkę, 50 zł jest OK. Daj znać, do kiedy mamy przelać pieniądze i kto zbiera kasę.

In my opinion, the Empik gift card would be better. It seems to me that Tomek will choose for himself what he wants to buy, and it will be convenient for him. A restaurant voucher is also nice, but not everyone has time or likes going to restaurants.
As for the contribution, 50 PLN is OK. Let me know by when we should transfer the money and who is collecting it.
