Dział HR prosi pracowników o opinię w krótkiej ankiecie dotyczącej pracy hybrydowej. Firma planuje, że od września zespół będzie pracował dni w biurze. HR pyta, czy to dobry pomysł i jakie są oraz dla współpracy w projekcie.
W formularzu można dodać komentarz: „ lepiej zostawić jeden dzień w biurze. to ułatwi skupienie i dojazdy. , proszę też napisać, co działało najlepiej w ostatnich miesiącach.”The HR department asks employees for their opinion in a short survey about hybrid work. The company plans that from September the team will work two days in the office. HR asks whether this is a good idea and what the advantages and disadvantages are for collaboration on the project.
In the form you can add a comment: “ In my opinion it’s better to keep one day in the office. I think that this will make it easier to focus and commute. As for this matter , please also write what worked best in recent months.”

Ustalenie terminu spotkania
Marek (pracownik): Show Kasia, musimy ustalić termin spotkania dotyczącego projektu. Według mnie lepiej w czwartek po południu, bo w środę mam dużo rozmów z klientami.
(Kasia, we need to set a date for the project meeting. In my opinion, Thursday afternoon is better, because on Wednesday I have a lot of conversations with clients.)
Kasia (koleżanka z zespołu): Show W mojej opinii środa rano byłaby najwygodniejsza, bo wtedy większość osób jest w biurze. Co o tym sądzisz?

Marek (pracownik): Show Uważam, że rano może być ciężko – dojeżdżam i czasem się spóźniam. Jeśli chodzi o tę sprawę, to czwartek o 15:00 pasuje mi najlepiej.
(I think that in the morning it can be hard – I commute and sometimes I’m late. As far as this matter is concerned, Thursday at 3:00 p.m. suits me best.)
Kasia (koleżanka z zespołu): Show Rozumiem. A może kompromis: czwartek 10:30? Jakie jest twoje zdanie w tej sprawie?

W czwartek po pracy chcemy spotkać się na 45 minut i omówić plan na przyszły tydzień. Mamy dwa pomysły: kawiarnia Blisko Biura (cicho, ale drożej) albo bar Pod Mostem (taniej, ale bywa głośno). Ja myślę, że lepsza jest kawiarnia, bo łatwiej rozmawiać.
Co o tym sądzisz? Masz inną propozycję? Daj znać do jutra do 12:00.

On Thursday after work we want to meet for 45 minutes and discuss the plan for next week. We have two ideas: the Close to the Office café (quiet, but more expensive) or the Under the Bridge bar (cheaper, but it can be noisy). I think the café is better, because it’s easier to talk.

Hi Ania! Thanks for the message. In my opinion, the Close to the Office café is better, because in a quiet place it’s easier to discuss things. I understand that it’s more expensive, but the meeting will be short. If someone prefers a cheaper place, we can go to the Under the Bridge Bar and sit in a quieter corner.
