Hi Ania! Yes, I go to the gym 2–3 times a week. I usually work out after work and the workout lasts about 45 minutes. To start with, I suggest 10 minutes on the treadmill for a warm-up, and then simple muscle exercises and stretching. It’s better to train regularly than for a long time all at once. I can go with you on Thursday at 18:30. Does that work for you?
