Numer alarmowy 112 służy do wzywania pomocy w sytuacjach alarmowych. Dzwonisz pod 112, gdy potrzebna jest pomoc Policji, Straż pożarna lub Pogotowie (czyli Ratownictwo Medyczne) i gdy konieczne są szybkie, natychmiastowe działania.

Na przykład: nagle widzisz wypadek, ktoś jest ranny i potrzebuje pomocy - wtedy trzeba wzywać pomoc. Albo widzisz pożar w mieszkaniu i ludzie muszą opuścić budynek - potrzebna jest ewakuacja i interwencja straży pożarnej. Możesz też zadzwonić, gdy widzisz duże zagrożenie na ulicy, np. wyciek gazu.

Gdy dzwonisz, mów spokojnie, opisz, co się stało i gdzie jesteś. To pomaga dyspozytorowi szybko wysłać odpowiednią pomoc.
