Pierwsza rozmowa z księgową

Marta (księgowa): Show Dzień dobry, panie Pawle.

(Good morning, Mr. Paweł. You said you want to start a company—do you already have an idea and a simple business plan?)

Paweł (przyszły przedsiębiorca): Show Tak, chcę prowadzić małą firmę IT.

(Yes, I want to run a small IT company. I’m worried about finances and about how to deal with invoices and accounting.)

Marta (księgowa): Show Na początek będzie potrzebny NIP i REGON, a jeśli to spółka, to też KRS. Trzeba też pamiętać o ZUS - co miesiąc trzeba opłacać składki.

(To start, you will need a NIP and REGON, and if it’s a company, then also KRS. You also have to remember about ZUS—every month you have to pay contributions.)

Paweł (przyszły przedsiębiorca): Show Rozumiem. A jak mam zapisywać przychody od klientów? Chcę to robić prosto, bez błędów.

(I understand. And how should I record income from clients? I want to do it simply, without mistakes.)

Marta (księgowa): Show Najprościej: wystawia pan fakturę, zapisuje przychody i przechowuje dokumenty. Możemy też ustalić, co pan będzie robić sam, a co ja prowadzę w księgowości.

Dzień dobry Pani Anno,

tu Marta Wójcik z biura rachunkowego Sigma.

Pozdrawiam,
Marta Wójcik

Good morning Ms Anna,

this is Marta Wójcik from the accounting office Sigma. You mentioned that you want to start a company and need help at the beginning. Please write briefly:

  • what your idea for the business is and who your customer will be,
  • whether you already have a tax ID (or whether registration is still to come),
  • approximately how many invoices you will have per month.

First, we will determine what needs to be done weekly and what monthly (e.g. payments to ZUS). Would an online meeting on Thursday at 18:00 suit you?

Best regards,
Marta Wójcik

Useful phrases:

  1. Po pierwsze: mój pomysł to... i moimi klientami będą...

(First: my idea is... and my customers will be...)

  2. Co do NIP-u: jeszcze go nie mam, rejestruję działalność.

(As for the tax ID: I don't have it yet, I'm registering my business.)

(Can we meet on Thursday at 18:00 or at another time?)

Dzień dobry Pani Marto,

Dziękuję za wiadomość. Po pierwsze: mój pomysł to małe biuro tłumaczeń online. Moimi klientami będą głównie małe firmy i osoby prywatne.

Pozdrawiam,
Anna Kowalska

Good morning Ms Marta,

Thank you for your message. First: my idea is a small online translation office. My customers will mainly be small companies and private individuals.

As for the tax ID: I don't have it yet, I am just submitting an application to register my business. At the beginning I expect about 5–10 invoices per month.

Thursday at 18:00 suits me. Please write what documents I should prepare for the meeting and how we will pay the contributions to ZUS.

Best regards,
Anna Kowalska
