Proper handwashing

Mycie rąk to podstawowa bariera ochronna przed zarazkami. Większość ludzi nie robi tego jednak prawidłowo.
Hand washing is the basic protective barrier against germs. However, most people do not do it correctly.

Rozprowadź pianę po całych dłoniach. (Spread the lather over your entire palms.)
Pocieraj jedną dłoń o drugą, także między palcami. (Rub one palm against the other, also between the fingers.)
Dokładnie umyj każdy palec i kciuk. (Wash each finger and thumb thoroughly.)
Wykonaj okrężne ruchy opuszkami palców. (Make circular movements with your fingertips.)
Na koniec wypłucz ręce wodą. (Finally, rinse your hands with water.)
Wytrzyj ręce jednorazowym ręcznikiem papierowym. (Dry your hands with a disposable paper towel.)
Zakręć kran ręcznikiem, żeby nie dotknąć go czystymi dłońmi. (Turn off the tap with the towel so you don’t touch it with clean hands.)

W Hebe jest dużo promocji na różne produkty. Są działy: pielęgnacja twarzy, włosów i ciała oraz zapachy. Można znaleźć mydło, szampon, dezodorant i krem w niższej cenie.

Przy wielu produktach widać cenę promocyjną i przycisk DO KOSZYKA. Często są oferty typu „1+1 -50%” lub „2+1”. Dzięki temu można kupić dwa produkty taniej.

Dbam o codzienną higienę. Rano myję się, potem nakładam krem. Czasem kupuję sobie perfumy, żeby ładnie pachnieć. W sklepie online łatwo dodać produkt do koszyka i sprawdzić cenę.
