W pracy czasem czekamy, aż szef przyjdzie na spotkanie, ale to nie zawsze ma sens. Gdy szefa nie ma, można powiedzieć: Odwołujemy spotkanie. Jeżeli jest niezbędny, bo potrzebne jest podjęcie decyzji, to on później wyznaczy nowy termin. Ważne, żeby nie czekać na niego dłużej niż na innych. Dzięki temu zespół ma równe zaangażowanie, a zasady są jasne.

Często czekamy na szefa, gdy się spóźnia. To jest błąd. (We often wait for the boss when he’s late. That’s a mistake.)
Jeśli szefa nie ma, powiedz: „Odwołujemy spotkanie.” (If the boss isn’t here, say: “We’re canceling the meeting.”)
Szef jest dziś potrzebny, bo musi podjąć decyzję. (The boss is needed today because he has to make a decision.)
On wyznaczy nowy termin. (He will set a new time.)
Nie czekaj na szefa dłużej niż na innych ludzi. (Don’t wait for the boss longer than for other people.)
Jeśli czekasz tylko na niego, traktujesz go inaczej. (If you wait only for him, you treat him differently.)
Wtedy nie możesz prosić innych o równe zaangażowanie. (Then you can’t ask others for equal commitment.)
Traktuj szefa tak samo jak wszystkich. (Treat the boss the same as everyone.)
Jeśli szef się bardzo spóźnia i nie mówi ci o tym wcześniej - to jego problem. (If the boss is very late and doesn’t tell you about it earlier — that’s his problem.)
On musi wyznaczyć nowy termin spotkania. (He has to set a new time for the meeting.)

Regus oferuje biura dla małych zespołów. To prywatne miejsca pracy, profesjonalne i gotowe do użycia od pierwszego dnia. Biuro jest w pełni wyposażone: są biurka, internet i krzesła. Możesz też zmieniać układ i wybrać dodatkowe elementy, na przykład lepsze krzesła lub małą strefę spotkań.

Firma proponuje jedna prosta cena miesięczna. W cenie są media, sprzątanie i wsparcie administracyjne, więc nie ma ukrytych kosztów. Są różne typy biur: kompaktowe, kierownicze i prezydenckie. Nie zgadzam się z tym, że zawsze potrzebujesz największego biura — czasem mniejsze biuro wystarczy, jeśli zespół pracuje cicho i ma tylko kilka spotkań.
