Gdy odpisujesz e-mailem, wpisz krótki wiadomości i dodawaj załącznik tylko wtedy, gdy jest potrzebny. Jeżeli chcesz dalej informację do kolegi, zrób to po sprawdzeniu adresata.A new message has appeared in your courier company’s e-BOK. The parcel has been delivered to a point where you can pick it up after work. If you don’t have signal, log in later via the browser and check the “Inbox” folder.
When you reply by e-mail, enter a short subject line and add an attachment only when it is needed. If you want to forward the information to a colleague, do it after checking the recipient.
