The public prosecutor’s office reminds that the procedure requires an appearance before a magistrate and then, if the charges are sufficient, a trial in the criminal court. At the hearing, the defense will be able to dispute the facts and request additional investigative steps. The victims, some of whom had not filed a complaint immediately, can still provide a detailed statement and send useful documents (photos, invoices, messages).
