In the event of a boiler or air conditioning breakdown, the maintenance contract provides for an intervention within 48 business hours. Before the visit, check the circuit breaker, cut off the power supply to the appliance if an unusual smell appears, and do not dismantle the electrical plug. Any visible leak (tap, piping) must be reported when making the appointment, with photos if possible.

The warranty on replaced parts is 12 months, excluding normal wear and tear. If the technician finds a non-compliant installation (appliance incorrectly connected or modified), the intervention may be billed even during the warranty period. To request a replacement, the customer sends the written diagnosis; the service provider undertakes to propose a quote and a timeframe for putting it back into service. Travel costs remain payable if access to the home is impossible at the agreed time.

Agent SAV (chauffagiste): Show D'accord, avez-vous vérifié le disjoncteur au tableau électrique ? Parfois il a sauté et la chaudière ne reçoit plus de courant.
