Posted in the lobby: in an emergency, stay calm and give the exact address. For a medical emergency, call the SAMU or an ambulance. In case of fire, contact the firefighters. In case of assault or danger, call the police (police station or gendarmerie).

Tip: if the person was unconscious, do not move them. Perform first-aid actions if you know them and wait for the emergency services to arrive. Speed is important: describe the situation, the number of people, and the risks.
