On the Durand real estate agency website, a new listing is attracting many visitors. The agency is offering a modern apartment for sale in a quiet residential neighborhood, close to the subway and local shops. The apartment is spacious — 85 m² in total — with a balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. The monthly charges are €150, heating included.

The listing also explains possible financing: the agency can help arrange a loan with the bank. Prospective buyers can visit the apartment by appointment, Monday through Saturday. After the visit, if the client is interested, they can sign a sales contract and move in roughly two months later. The agency also reminds visitors that it is possible to live in the same building as a renter.
