Kształt działki

Kształt działki to nie detal i wpływa na budowę domu. Prostokąt ułatwia planowanie i zmniejsza straty metrów powierzchni spowodowane tzw. wywijasami.
The shape of the plot is not a minor detail and affects the construction of the house. A rectangle makes planning easier and reduces the loss of square meters caused by so-called irregularities.

The surveyor says the shape of the plot affects building the house.
1. Geodeta: Patrzę na plany i widzę, że kształt działki może być problemem. (I'm looking at the plans and I can see the shape of the plot might be a problem.)
2. Klientka: Chodzi o przepisy? (Is it about the regulations?)
3. Geodeta: Tak. Przepisy mogą ograniczyć projekt. Działka nie jest prostokątna, ma skosy i to komplikuje sprawę. (Yes. Regulations can limit the design. The plot isn't rectangular — it has cut corners, which complicates things.)
4. Klientka: Co to dokładnie znaczy? (What exactly does that mean?)
