A bright apartment in a new building in the city center is for rent. The apartment is 45 square meters. It is on the third floor; there is an elevator in the building. The living room opens onto a small balcony. The apartment has two rooms: a living room and a bedroom, plus a separate kitchen and bathroom.

You enter the apartment through a long corridor. On the left is the kitchen, followed by the living room. On the right is the bedroom, and at the end of the corridor is the bathroom. The flooring is new and the walls are white. There is a small garage in the basement. The apartment is clean, newly renovated, and ready to move into next month.

Useful expressions:
