In the kitchen of the rented apartment there is a new refrigerator, an induction hob, an oven and a small microwave. Next to them are a washing machine and a clothes dryer. A note from the landlord with brief rules for new tenants hangs on the wall.

The note reads: "Please do not leave appliances switched on. After use, please turn off the hob, the oven and the heating. Thank you for the e-mail. We have a small problem with the washing machine. The machine does wash, but after a cycle there is water on the floor. The heating is working fine and there are no issues with it.

I am at home on Wednesday and Friday after 6:00 PM. Someone can come for the repair then.
