The technician will check the refrigerator, oven, induction hob, and heating. If any appliance is switched on, please turn it off before the visit. In the bathroom, please clear the area around the washing machine and leave access to the electrical outlet.

If you have a problem with an appliance (for example, the washing machine won’t wash or the microwave doesn’t work), please report it to the administration. Repairs can only be arranged after a report is submitted. Please state which appliance you use and when the problem occurs. If there is no dryer in the apartment, please let us know as well.
