At Warszawa Centralna station the information point is in the main hall, next to the entrance from the Złote Tarasy side. Looking for the platform? Walk straight to the departure boards, then turn left into the corridor marked “Platforms 1–4”. At the end of the corridor there are stairs and a lift down to the platforms. If you want to return to the hall, walk straight from the platforms and then turn right.

The bus stop for the city centre is in front of the station, on the square. Exit the hall through the main exit, cross the junction and walk straight for about 2 minutes. The stop is on the left, near the kiosk. If you need help, go back to the information point.
