Zaznacz.”
Zapytaj: Co się stało?”On the board in the office kitchen there is a note: “How are you feeling today? Tick.” There are three boxes: Happy, Calm, Angry. Small slips lie under the note. In the morning many people choose “Calm.” After meetings, “Angry” appears more often. The manager asks: “If you are sad or frightened, talk to us. You can also write a short message.”
Next to it there is a short instruction. “This quiet corner is here” – it’s the area with armchairs. “That table is for talking” – by the window. When someone is angry, they should take a break and go to the quiet corner. The company also has a rule: smile at customers and apologize when there is a mistake. At the bottom there is a prompt: “Do you see a colleague and she is crying? Ask: What happened?”
